The nutritional value of cherries tells us that these are really good for fighting against different diseases and know to be the antioxidants. The diseases or we should say the free and harmful radicals which attack our body through different sources like in the environment we are living and the food we are taking. These antioxidants of the cherries stand against those free radicals and provide the protection to your body. These are not only antioxidants but are really good source of the minerals and vitamins.
